My reaction to this powerpoint is it is preety amazing and cool all the photos he took had a certin depth to them. Its pretty interesting.
My favorite photo is where all the zebras are running into a lake and into a valley he must have took that shot on a helicopter.

What is happening? The Administration decided to make budget cuts to Save money from the 94.4 million dollar shortfall.
What did happen? Austin is suffering from a money shortfall so they decided to cut back and they started with the schools.
